MiiN Club is our free loyalty program. It works with a points system called “MiiNis” and different loyalty tiers that unlock exclusive benefits.

Joining is super easy: just create an account on the website or app and you’re all set. You don’t need to make a purchase to start earning MiiNis.

MiiNis are your best allies for getting discounts on your purchases:

• 500 MiiNis = 5 €
• 1000 MiiNis = 10 €

You can redeem them on the website, app, or in physical stores. In-store, just show your code. Remember: you need to redeem your MiiNis first to get your discount coupon.

Once you redeem your MiiNis, you’ll receive your coupon by email. You can use it with no minimum purchase, but it can’t be combined with other codes. Coupons are single-use only and, like MiiNis, are personal and non-transferable.

Yes, MiiNis expire 12 months after they are earned. Coupons also expire 12 months after they are issued.

MiiNis usually appear almost instantly, but it depends on the type of purchase:

• Online orders: Points are added when the order ships. If you don’t see them after 24 hours, email us at helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com with your order number.
• In-store purchases: MiiNis may take up to 1 day to appear in your account.

If you return or cancel an order, your MiiNis will be automatically adjusted based on the points earned from that purchase. This applies whether you return the entire order or just part of it—the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.

Please note that single-use coupons are not refunded, so you won’t be able to use them again.

Just log in to your account and go to the “MiiN Club” section. There you’ll see your accumulated MiiNis and all your benefits.

Points are credited only to the person who purchases the gift card, not the person who uses it to pay.

MiiNis cannot be transferred to third parties—only between your own accounts. If you change your email address, send us a message from both email accounts so we can verify ownership and transfer your MiiNis.

To delete your account, email privacy@miin-cosmetics.com. Keep in mind that unsubscribing means you’ll lose all accumulated benefits.

If you just want to stop receiving notifications, update your preferences in your profile or from your MiiN Club emails. Note that turning them off means giving up some program benefits.

Yes, you can currently invite up to 10 friends per year.

If you shopped in-store and created an account, log in using the same email address you used in-store.

If you made in-store purchases while creating an account and also shopped online without creating one, you can access your account by logging in with the email address you used for your purchases (resetting your password if needed). Once logged in, go to the “MiiN Club” section to see all your accumulated MiiNis and redeem them for coupons.
